We ordered a calzone kiev however it had ham pepperoni everything but a calzone kiev. Each time we order there is somthing wrong with the order, such a shame as we've ordered for years

Food is always brilliant , but i think the online ordering system needs an option for adding/removing ingredients , as i always ask for no mushrooms in the NOTES when ordering , but my food still arrives with mushrooms , however food is always 10/10.

I requested the pizza to be not well done...when it arrived it was burnt. Completely inedible. I ordered cheese on chips..hardly any cheese on the chips and the small amount that was only on the surface wasn't even melted. Very disappointing complete waste of almost £20...,I have photos and I will call in to show you the evidence.

Ordered from Picasso pizza. Waited an hour for delivery and when it turned up one pizza was missing. Called Picasso pizza immediately to be told they would send one out straight away. Waited another hour and called to see where it was to be told they still hadn't sent one out and said that I hadn't answered a call from them 25 minutes after I had first called them about the missing pizza. They then said they would send one out and would be another 25 minutes so 2 hours 25 minutes from first ordering. We use Picasso all the time but after tonight and the way they were on the phone we won't be ordering from here again.
